    Description

    when lambda cI is present reporter protein EYFP is produced. The production of EYFP is inhibited by 434 cI.

    Notes

    This design is a reporter for the Barkai Leibler oscillator with one 434 OR site. The prescence of lambda cI will turn on the production of EYFP. The prescence of 434 cI will turn it off.
