    Description

    This part contains the Elowitz Repressilator with a degradation tag on the reporter.

    Notes

    For an oscillatory system, it is necessary for the reporter to be degraded to prevent constitutive expression that would lead to a lack of oscillations. By cutting the I5611 and E0434 (which contains a degradation tag) we were able to make a functional repressilator as the I5610 did not function properly.
