Description

Receptor interacting protein 3, also a serine/threonine kinase that play an important role in cell apoptosis and necrosis. It can induce necrosis via the interaction with RIP 1.

Notes

Although RIP 3 can also induce apoptosis, it mainly induces necrosis via interaction with RIP 1. So the mammalian circuit that aid to use in clinical should use tightly control expression device.
