tetravalen protein with epitopes from dengue virus to generate immune response

Types
DnaRegion

Roles
sequence_feature

DNA

Description

Protein in which loops we inserted human epitopes from the four serotypes of dengue virus in order to generate an immune response against all serotypes, the protein is exported by bacteria so it is not need to destroy the cells

Notes

1. is only one polypeptide chain
2. bacteria cells export them
3. low molecular weight
4. big exposed loops where we could insert antigenic determinants (epitopes)
