Description
The mamAB Operon is sufficient for magnetite biomineralization. As the length of the mamAB operon is about 17kb,so we divided this operon into 10 parts. This part is known as "Part five" of the full 17kb mamAB operon.It contain the part of the mamM N gene. This part can be assembled with the others parts by Gibson assemble and restriction endonuclease.
