    Description

    pYMB indicates pUC19 with ori+Pmsp1+rep. In this construct, 13-R and Y-CHAMP are ligated in the downstream of ori+Pmsp1+rep, aimed at serving as optogenetic wireless neurostimulator with OFF state (no BRET between EYFP and rLuc) as default mode. This design is made in case EYFP fusion on N-terminal of mms13 has negative effects on its folding.
