    Description

    GPPS (Geranyl diphosphate synthase) synthesizes GPP (Geranyl diphosphate) which is the first reaction of geraniol production.GS (Geraniol syntase) synthesizes Geraniol which is the second reaction of geraniol production. We added Lux cassette right promoter that up-regulated by HSL and LuxR in the course of being able to regulate easily. We intended to generate a positive feedback response with the help of producing LuxR and HSL and activating the promoter with them.
