Find below the sequence of the dna I have. It contains yeast optimized mRFP. The aminoacid sequence sequence is taken from Campbel et al. (Tsien). The ORF is flanked by restriction sites of my choice. The fragment is inserted in a blue heron vector called pUCminusMCS. I'll give you some dna of this clone,
