XOR test/debug module

Description

This part combines multiple Biobrick elements into a single module for testing and debugging elements of the XOR genetic gate. It tests systems that use cI protein as output. The promoter within the testing module is cI repressible. The advantage of constructing the test module de novo is the ease of transferring the entire unit to elements we would like to test within the XOR gate. YFP expression levels are the output of the test module and serve as a marker for system function.
