AHL Induced expression of T7 RNAP

Description

The AHL receiver device, BBa_F2620, controls the synthesis of T7 RNAP. The downstream terminator is a T7 RNAP terminator, so its unlikely to provide efficient termination of E. coli RNAP. This terminator is being used because it will be part of a later construct using this T7 RNAP protein generator
