Description

By inserting an RBS between the promoter and GFP gene, one could measure the expression levels and test the relative effectiveness of the RBS.

Notes

In order to ensure that the spacing between the RBS and the ORF of the gene was optimal, the PstI restriction site had to be omitted from the standard BioBrick site.
