Sequences BBa_I737006_sequence (Version 1)

Description

An RNA key under control of the temperature sensitive molecule lacI ts (through the lacI + pl promoter) and an inverter. At room temperature the RNA key should be constitutively expressed, while at 37 degrees celcius it should be repressed. This part requires the presence of the molecule lacI ts (J06501).

Notes

We needed a way to reach all of the cells in a dish, without using the molecule AHL, and temperature seemed the best way.
