    This part serves as a sensor and reporter of intracellular tetracycline concentrations as well as producing cl (lambda) corrosponding to the level of Tc. This part uses the tet promoter to drive production of TetR. The sensor and reporter portions are identical to Part:BBa_I744104.

    Notes

    The promoter driving tetR production is crucial to the sensor's sensitivity and range of detection.
