Description
This part contains the coding region for the L8T mutant of FepA. When expressed, this protein forms an open diffusion channel in the outer membrane of E. coli, allowing molecules of at least 1400Da to pass through. I746201 and I746202 both are devices to express this protein at different levels. This part does not have a promotor, to allow new constructs to easily be made.Notes
