Description

This device will express YopJ, a pathogen derived irreversible inhibitor (acetylase) of MapKK Ste7 under the pAdh1 promotor. The effector protein is fused to an RR leucine zipper and will be recruited to elements possessing the matching EE zipper. The effector is fused mCherry (RFP) on the N-terminal.

Notes

Device was created using a method of combinatorial cloning using the type IIs restriction endonuclease AarI. Each device contains adaptor regions in between coding regions (RFP, effectors, and zippers) for this method.
