Sequences BBa_J100209_sequence (Version 1)

Description

This sequence has Isolated pUC-IDT from tClone Red (J119361) by removing sequence in between the BsaI restriction sites and then RS8 riboswtich (from Wachsmuth et al.) was ligated. A ligand such as theophylline can bind to the sequence and allow transcription to take place.

Notes

BsaI recognition site in the pUC-IDT.

Source

The receiving plasmid is J119361 and the riboswitch was taken from the paper "De novo design of a synthetic riboswitch that regulates transcription termination" by Wachsmuth et al. 2013.
