    Description

    R0051 was modified to contain consensus -35 and -10 sequences. The CI operator OR1 was moved from it's original position (overlapping the -10) to between the -35 and -10. Fortuitously this results in the optimal (for high expression) 17bp spacing between the -35 and -10 sites.
