pLacIQ1 controlled GFP generator

Description

This part produces GFP under the control of the lacIQ1 promoter. This promoter has a 15 bp deletion in comparison to the lacIQ promoter, which increases its binding affinity for RNA polymerase and reduces leaky transcription.
