    Description

    The pLux' promoter is a modified version of BBa_R0062 containing the -35 region TTTAAT in place of TTTACG. Transcriptional activation is expected to occur in the presence of LuxR and AI-1, just as with R0062. The modified -35 region was designed to serve as a control for the evaluation of BBa_K091156, the pLux+ Las- promoter.

    This promoter is identical to pLux+ Las- with the exception of the Las box's absence
