Description

The input test harness provides a means to input one or more anti-sense RNA input signals to a T/AasL circuit. The test harness consists of an Arabinose cassette (AraC- PBad) which produces the anti-sense RNA input transcripts. Each input signal is flanked by a pair of hammerhead ribozymes to cleave the actual anti-sense signal from the rest of the transcript so that it may freely interact with (disrupt) its target gate.
