    Description

    BlaI is a penicillinase repressor. When blaI exists, the promoter of penicillinase blaZ will be repressed.

    Notes

    We'd like to design an integrated sensor with an amplifier and controller for milk product. Residual of antibiotics such as beta-lactams can sometimes exist in milk , so a part sensitive to beta-lactam is involved in our consideration.
