Description

This part is a coding sequence of beta-lactamase regulatory protein BlaR1 which is a membrane protein. When beta-lactams exist, BlaR1 will combine with it and active the depression of beta-lactamase repressor BlaI.

Notes

We'd like to design an integrated sensor with an amplifier and controller for milk product. Residual of antibiotics such as beta-lactams can sometimes exist in milk , so a part sensitive to beta-lactam is involved in our consideration.
