Description

This is an acceptor vector for AarI cloning, with A and D ends. Cloning into this plasmid will put your parts under the control of a Gal1 promoter (Gal1P) and Adh1 terminator (Adh1t). Notes

The pRS305 vector has been modified with an AarI cloning cassette inserted between the PspOMI and SacI sites.

Please note, the actual orientation of this vector is reversed.
