Sequences BBa_K1075002_sequence (Version 1)

Description

This is an Arabinose inducable promoter system compromising the repressor AraC and the promoter pBAD as found in the genomic sequence of E. coli. The RBS32 (medium strength) was added downstream of the promoter.

Notes

We used the AraC-pBAD construct already characterized by iGEM Darmstadt '12 and added a medium strength RBS (RBS32) to enable direct combination with any coding region.

Source

AraC-pBAD is originally found in the genome of e. coli. We combined this part with RBS32.
