This part is IPTG inducible for regulating the production of CamR antisense.We have designed four sets of CamR antisense to inhibit CamR.(BBa_K1222984, BBa_K1222983, BBa_K1222982, BBa_K1222981)but we have only shown one(CamR antisense 2) of the four antisense as the other three are relatively similar just the CamR antisense is different.
