Description
This part is IPTG inducible for regulating the production of GFP antisense.We have designed four sets of GFP antisense to inhibit GFP.(BBa_K1222987, BBa_K1222986, BBa_K1222985)but we have only shown one(GFP antisense 3) of the four antisense as the other three are relatively similar just the GFP antisense is different. The GFP designed is used to test its efficiency on inhibiting(knockdown) the target genes.Notes
