Description

This part has not been cloned, it contains the sequence which is made at the beginning of an rfc25 format coding region when the prefix is digested with SpeI and ligated to an XbaI site in an rfc10 backbone. This allows entry of rfc25 format parts as C-terminal fusions with N-terminal rfc10 parts as composite parts correctly.
