Description

This composite act as a probe of concept of the transfection in mammalian cells mediated by bacteriophages. It contains the hTERT promoter, specific for cancerous cells lines. The construct will be contained in a phagemid with de f1 origin of replication (for single stranded DNA), and it is intended to replace the M13 genome. The GFP will be codon optimized for mammalian cell line.

We obtain the sequence of the hTERT promoter from the part BBa_K404106 and we used the GFP sequence that is available in uniprot and optimized it for mammalian cell expression
