Description

This plasmid contains FsrA, which is a response regulator used in E. coli. In our project, we were designing a two-component system, with a histidine kinase and response regulator. If there is a change in the environment that the histidine kinase sense, the response regulator will act in response to it and express GFP. This contains a scaffold protein, which allows the response regulator to react to the histidine kinase without a ligand.
