    Description

    PabB from L.lactis is a fusion gene of both the usual pabB and pabC in the pABA synthesis pathway from chorismate.

    Notes

    The start codon of pabB in L.lactis is TTG, which cannot be used in E.coli. So we designed the primer such that the first T was omitted and the A from the xba1 primer make an ATG start codon.
