This part is sensitive to long chain acyl-CoA ,with a FadR binding site.
In the absence of long chain acyl-CoA, FadR represses the transcription.
In the presence of long chain acyl-CoA, FadR dissociates from the binding site so that the transcription begins.
E.coli uses this promoter to regulate fatty acid metabolism.
