This intergrase along can typically catalyzes site-specific recombination and mediate DNA inversion from an BP to LR state. Heterologous expression of Bxb1 integrase gp35 and excisionase gp47 could mediate DNA restore from an LR to BP state.
    This part is the coding sequence of Bxb1 excisionase gp47.
