Description
This part consists of two terminators, while both of them are from 2014 iGEM kit (BBa_B0012). The purpose of creating this part is to decrease the leakage rate and increase the efficiency of B0012.
Notes
We used back insert to assemble two terminator together. There's no point mutation in this construct. In order to fit iGEM standard part, there are EcoR1 and Xba1 cutting sites in the front and Spe1 and Pst1 cutting sites in the last.
