Description
This plasmid is targeting glgX in the E. coli genome by expressing a sgRNA. It contains a repair template that disrupts the beginning of the glgX coding sequence and introduces a stop codon.Notes
It is not designed to be BioBrick-compatible, but it can be used AS IS to knock out glgX in E. coli.It has to be used together with pCas (https://www.addgene.org/62225/)
