Description

This part is coding Colicin E1, which can make pore in the lipid membrane of the E.Coli. In this part, colicin E1 expression is controlled under cpcG2 promoter, green light sensing promoter. Because of this promoter, we can express colicin E1 only when the host bacteria exposed to the light.

Notes

There are no restriction sites in this insert.

Source

CpcG2 promoter come from Synechocystis. PCC 6803 genomic sequence.
