Description

This is an improved version of [[Part:BBa_K811003|BBa_K811003]], which encodes a truncated variant of an ice nucleating protein (INP) found in Xanthomonas campestris. The truncated protein INPNC lacks the large central repeat region, but retains membrane display abilities. The stopcodon and one BsaI site was removed.

Notes

The stop codon was removed to enable use of this part in protein fusions.
