Description

IPTG inducible promoter and RBS (BBa_J04500) was assemble with BBa_K1904007, resulting on the TAT signal peptide for protein export in Outer Membrane Vesicles (OMVs). This biobrick is reported in RFC25 to allow protein engineering avoiding stop codons in between the protein of interest and the peptide.

Notes

This biobrick was designed and optimised for its usage in E. coli and in order to have it chemically synthesised.
