Description
This part is a promoter which can be used in Magnetospirillum magneticum AMB-1 to initiate the transcription in AMB-1. This promoter is one of the strongest promoters in AMB-1, the gene under its control will express continuously.
Notes
Since this promoter is the strongest promoter found in Magnetospirillum magneticum AMB-1, we decided to use it to initiate transcription our recombinant protein AMB-1.
