Description

The promoter BtII from Bacillus thuringiensis regulate the expression of the cry genes during sporulation, but it is functional in Escherichia coli in a constitutive form.

Notes

As promoter is not available in the biobricks, we amplified, sequenced and characterized using the cry1Ac gene as template.
