Description

This third level of detection functions due to a quorum sensing system, when the lux genes for low and high levels are activated a pLux promoter wiil transcribe a green fluorescence protein.

Notes

Coordinating the action of two promoters in order to activate pLux.

Greeb fluorescenc protein: we took GFP from the IGEM catalog.
