    Description

    This BioBrick is a control for the NAND gate (K235025). This system constitutively produces the ribokey and the ribolocked mRNA for the λcI repressor protein. It can therefore be used as a positive control for the entire system; neither the levels of IPTG nor the levels of arabinose should change the level of mCherry.

    Notes

    Constructed using three-antibiotic assembly. On plasmid pSB1A3.
