Description

This devicce includes BBa_K317003 which works for phototaxis when it expressed in E.coli. BBa_K317003:This fusion chimera mediate retinal-dependent phototaxis responses by Escherichia coli, establishing that the nine-helix membrane portion of the receptor-transducer complex is a modular functional unit able to signal in heterologous membranes.

Notes

The coding sequence was amplified with primer sets which were designed based on 'Standard part fabrication' described in http://openwetware.org/wiki/Synthetic_Biology:BioBricks/Part_fabrication
