    This part is one of our population counters. When IntI1 (BBa_K329014) is expressed, it excises the double terminator flanked by attC sites (BBa_J99001) and triggers the expression of TetA(C) (with a weak RBS, BBa_K329004) and LuxI (BBa_K081008) because of the constitutive promoter upstream.
