Sequences BBa_K334001_sequence (Version 1)

Description

The alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) promoter is found in arabidopsis thaliana. It is activated by a transcription factor downstream of a series of stress responses including hypoxia, low pH, and heat shock. When attached to the GFP reporter, and incorporated into the plant's genome, the GFP reporter will indicate that some region of the plant is under stress.

Notes

None.

Source

The ADH sequence comes from the ADH gene.
