Description

This part contains the promoter for HapR which GFP down stream. HapR is part of the CqsS pathway controling the virulence gene expression during quorum sensing. It can be used as a reporter for CqsS pathway activity in response to CAI-1. The part is contained in the plasmid pSB1C3 (Cm resistant).

Notes

It has iGEM prefix and suffix sequences around the HapR promoter.
