    This part contains the promoter for CsrB. CsrB is a target gene for the stress receptor BarA in E.coli. When transcribed CsrB inhibits CsrA which in turns inhibits a whole set of other genes including the pga operon which is involved with biofilm formation.

    The promoter sequence is flanked by the iGEM prefix and suffix.
