Description

P_xyl inducible promoter (induced by xylose) from Caulobacter crescentus, suspected N-acetylglucosaminidase dspB from Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, and the C-terminal secretion tag from Caulobacter's S-layer associated protein, RsaA. The dspB that we used was synthesized by IDT so as to be codon optimized for our chassis organism, Caulobacter.

Notes

Stop codon at the end of dspB was removed to ensure expression of the rsaA C-terminal secretion tag.

P_xyl and rsaA C-terminal are from the genomic sequence of Caulobacter crescentus. IDT synthesized dspB for us so as to be codon optimized for Caulobacter.
