    This part is can be used as a control for BBa_K611010 and BBa_K611013, which test either C0012 and R0010 mutants respectively.

    Notes

    There is no terminator at the end, so the part needs to be used in a plasmid that has a terminator after the BioBrick suffix (such as pSB1A3 or pSB1C3). This part contains the PBad promoter without AraC, thus, a strain that already includes AraC is recommended in order to induce PBad.
