Description

MMT (monomethylamine transferase) catalyses the first reaction of TMA (trimethylamine) synthesis. TMA is the major cause of unpleasant fish odor. DMT (dimethylamine transferase) takes part in the second reaction of the production of TMA (trimethylamine) which is the major cause of unpleasant fish odor. The promoter is attached into the part with the aim of easier regulation.
