sfGFP in pCS2+ with HSP70 promoter

Description

The sfGFP protein is expressed under the inducible promoter Heat Shock Promoter 70 (HSP70). This part is complete and can be directly injected into fertilized frog's egg. To induce the expression the tadpole must be heat (for example from 21??C to 34??C).

Notes

pCS2+ is from K812000 and the promoter CMV was replaced by HSP70 with double digestion: SalI and HindIII digestion. HSP 70 is amplified with primers having the prefix SalI and the suffix HindIII.
